Coming from I-20 Take the Cross Gates Brandon Exit and go North to ighway 80(W. Government St), and turn right, go approximately 1/2 mile and the clinic will be on the right, next to TrustCare Walk-In Clinic. It is inside the Preferred Care Physicl Therapy clinic.
From downtown Brandon Take Highway 80 west toward Jackson and it will be just past the Pizza Hut and it will be on the left hand side Next to TrustCare.

Coming from Jackson, Take Lakeland Drive East toward Starkville. Continue past Jackson Prep and through Dogwood. Continue east on Hwy 25 to Hartfield Academy on your left. After Hartfield Academy, go 0.9 miles To Magnolia Marketplace on the left, directly across the Highway From Word Of Life Church and in the same complex as Shoe Choo and Soulshine Pizza.
Coming from Madison or Ridgeland, Take the Spillway east past the Res and proceed east past McDonalds and to the next 4 way stop sign. Turn right at Renasant Bank onto Hugh Ward Blvd. Go through 3 stop signs and take a right onto Hwy 25, go approximately 1/2 mile and turn right into the Magnolia Marketplace

Coming from Crystal Springs take either Highway 51 south to Hazlehurst and turn right on Magnolia Street. or take Interstate 55 south to the Hazlehurst exit(number ). Once in Hazlehurst take Highway 28 East to Highway 51 and take a right on Highway 51, go approximately 1/2 mile and turn right onto Magnolia Street.
Coming From Wesson, Brookhaven and Lincoln County take Interstate 55 North to the Hazlehurst Exit and merge right onto Highway 28 East. Go approximately 1 mile to Highway 51 and turn right. Go another 1/2 mile and turn right on Magnoliia Street.
